Sayora books jobs into your Google Calendar.

Sayora is the AI receptionist that answers your calls. Connect your Google Calendar and she books the job while the caller is still on the line: checks you're free, drops it straight in, and handles the reschedule when they ring back.

How it works

From ringing phone to booked slot.

1

She answers and checks your calendar

When a caller wants an appointment, Sayora reads your free/busy times so she only ever offers slots you're genuinely open for.

2

The caller picks a slot

She books it straight into your Google Calendar, there and then, while they're still keen. No callback, no phone tag.

3

Plans change, she keeps up

If a caller reschedules or cancels on a later call, the event updates itself and stays in step with your Sayora app.

Why owners switch it on

A diary that fills itself, without the phone tag.

Never double-booked

She reads your real availability before she offers a single slot, so two jobs never land in the same hour.

Booked while they're keen

Most callers won't wait for a callback. Sayora closes the appointment live, before they ring the next name on the list.

Covers the hours you can't

Evenings, weekends, up a ladder, mid-job. The 11pm boiler call books itself into tomorrow's first slot before you're even awake.

Every booking in your pocket

It lands in Google Calendar and mirrors into the Sayora app, so your lead history and your diary never drift apart.

Your calendar, your rules

Sayora only ever touches the appointments she books. The rest of your calendar is none of her business, and she treats it that way.

The technical bit

Google Calendar, answered plainly.

What exactly can Sayora see in my Google Calendar? +

Two things: your free/busy times, so she knows when you're open, and the appointments she books for you. She can't read, change, or store any other event on your calendar. In Google's terms that's the calendar.readonly and calendar.events permissions, plus userinfo.email to show which account is connected. Nothing else, no Gmail, no Drive, no contacts.

Will Sayora change or delete my existing events? +

No. She only manages the appointments she books on your behalf. Every other event on your calendar is left exactly as it is.

Is my calendar data secure? +

Yes. Your Google tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to run the booking feature you switched on. We never sell your data, use it to serve ads, or use it to train AI models. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Can I disconnect whenever I want? +

Any time. One click on the Calendar page in your Sayora portal, or revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The moment you disconnect, Sayora stops the calendar notifications and takes your tokens out of use.

Does it work with Google Workspace? +

Yes. A personal Google account and a Google Workspace account both work the same way.

Which calendar does she book into? +

Your primary calendar by default. If you keep a separate work calendar, you can pick which one Sayora writes to when you connect.

What happens when a caller reschedules or cancels? +

She updates or removes the event she originally booked, so the caller gets the change and your calendar and Sayora app stay in step. She never edits anything she didn't create.

Do I have to use Google Calendar? +

No. The integration is optional. You can connect Cal.com instead, or run Sayora with no calendar at all and simply take every lead by text.
