Summary
Wants to view the two‑bed flat on Nelson Street. Saturday morning suits her best.
Street
Sent to Street
If your agency runs on Street, connect it to Sayora. Your receptionist answers callers from the properties you have on the market right now, and each enquiry your receptionist takes lands in your Street enquiries.
Integrations, with Street connected, for an illustrative business.
What comes in from Street, what your receptionist does with it on the call, and where each enquiry ends up.
Live listings
Leads
The limits, with what to do instead.
A viewing or valuation request lands on the enquiry for your team to arrange. To book on the call, connect Google Calendar or Cal.com.
Street gets the summary and the details your receptionist took. The recording and the transcript stay in Sayora.
Sayora only reads your listings. What’s on the market is whatever Street says.
A caller rings while you’re out. Here’s what your receptionist says, what you see in Sayora, and what lands in Street.
Caller
Hi, is the two‑bed flat on Nelson Street still available?
Your receptionist
It is. It’s a two‑bedroom flat to let. Would you like to arrange a viewing?
Caller
Yes please. Saturday morning, if you can.
Your receptionist
I’ll pass that to the team with Saturday morning as your preference. Can I take your name?

We switch Street on for each agency when you ask. Then you connect it yourself, under Settings, then Integrations.

A Company Admin goes to Settings, then Account Administration, then Applications, and creates an application with Open API as its scope.
In Sayora, go to Settings, then Integrations. Paste the token into Your Street API token and tap Connect.
Live listings and Leads each have their own switch, and both start off.

No. Sayora never books into Street’s own diary. When a caller asks for a viewing or a valuation, the enquiry lands in Street marked as that request, for your team to arrange. If you’d like your receptionist to book viewings on the call, connect Google Calendar or Cal.com under Bookings. Those calls are still sent to Street as enquiries.
The ones you have on the market: for sale, under offer, sold subject to contract, to let or let agreed. A property you’ve marked low profile, kept off your website feed, archived or set to publish on a later date is left out. If your agency has more than one branch, Sayora reads every branch the token can see.
Listings refresh every hour, so a price change or a new instruction reaches your receptionist within about an hour.
Yes, once, while Leads is on, because Street files each enquiry under a contact. A caller who’d rather not give one isn’t pressed: the enquiry is still sent, and Street attaches it to the contact who already has that phone number, if there is one.
Each lead in Sayora shows Sending to Street, then Sent to Street once it has landed. If Street can’t be reached, Sayora tries again, up to five tries over about two hours. If Street turns an enquiry down, it isn’t tried again. Either way the lead then says Not sent to Street, so you can add it by hand.
No. Switching on Live listings replaces your website’s feed, so each property is listed once. Turning Live listings off doesn’t bring the website feed back on its own: ask us and we’ll restore it.
No. The recording and the transcript are never sent to Street. Each enquiry carries the caller’s details, a short summary of the call and their answers to your Ask on the call questions.
We switch Street on for each agency. Email hi@sayora.ai or message us in the chat. Once it’s on, Integrations appears in your settings and you connect Street yourself with a token from Street.
