Sayora answers from the properties on your website.

If your agency’s website runs PropertyHive on WordPress, Sayora can read the properties on it. Your receptionist answers callers from them, and the feed refreshes on its own. We connect it for you.

Sends back
Nothing. It only reads

The Inbox of an illustrative agency, with two leads from property calls.

What Sayora reads and sends

What comes in from PropertyHive, what your receptionist does with it on the call, and where each enquiry ends up.

  1. From your website

    • The properties on your website, read from PropertyHive’s own listings feed.
    • Each one’s price, bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, type, town and council tax band, and whether it’s for sale, under offer, sold subject to contract, to let or let agreed.
    • Refreshed on its own, every 30 minutes as standard.
  2. On the call

    • Your receptionist answers what callers ask: what you have in their price range, or whether one property is still available.
    • Then takes their details, like any other call.
  3. To you

    • Nothing goes back to your website or your CRM: PropertyHive is only read.
    • Each enquiry comes to you as a lead in your Inbox, with a notification as the call ends.

What Sayora won’t do with PropertyHive

The limits, with what to do instead.

  • No changes to your website

Sayora only reads the listings your website already publishes.

  • No enquiries sent to PropertyHive

Each enquiry comes to you as a lead. If your agency runs on Street, Street’s integration files enquiries in Street.

One call, start to finish

A caller rings while you’re out. Here’s what your receptionist says, and the lead waiting for you in Sayora.

Caller

Have you got any three‑bed houses in Hitchin?

Your receptionist

We have two: a three‑bedroom semi on Bearton Road, and a three‑bedroom terrace on Walsworth Road, which is under offer.

Caller

Could I see the one on Bearton Road?

Your receptionist

Of course. I’ll pass that to the team. When suits you to view?

What you get

  • A notification as the call ends
  • The lead in your Inbox, with the summary, the recording and the transcript

Illustrative businesses, people and calls, drawn from Sayora’s own portal.

Getting PropertyHive connected

We connect PropertyHive for you, from your website’s address.

  1. Ask us to connect it

We connect PropertyHive for you. Email hi@sayora.ai or message us in the chat with your website’s address.

  2. We read your listings

Sayora reads the properties your website already publishes, and the feed refreshes on its own from then on.

  3. Your receptionist answers

Callers asking what you have, or about one property, are answered from your listings.

PropertyHive, answered plainly

The things owners ask before they switch it on. For anything else, email hi@sayora.ai or read the help centre.

Do I need to do anything in PropertyHive?

Usually not. Sayora reads the listings your website already publishes, so there’s nothing to install. Send us your website’s address and we connect it.

How fresh are the listings?

The feed refreshes on its own, every 30 minutes as standard, so a new instruction or a price change reaches your receptionist soon after it’s on your website.

Does Sayora send enquiries to PropertyHive?

No. PropertyHive is only read: each enquiry comes to you as a lead in your Inbox, with a notification as the call ends. If your agency runs on Street, Street’s own integration sends each enquiry into Street.

We’re on Street too. Will our properties be listed twice?

No. If you switch on Live listings in Street’s integration, Street’s listings replace your website’s feed, so each property is listed once.
